If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging materials. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that certain items, such as custom-configured computers or special-order items, may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
All products sold by Micro PC Tech Inc are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a warranty claim. Please note that certain products may require you to contact the manufacturer directly.
